Born on November 8 1945, Clermont, Charlevoix, Québec. Self-thaught painter, He developped his talent for figurative art very young and has been earning his living with his art since the age of 20. Influenced by the impressionists, his mastery of colors is very distinctive. His skillful use of the spatula made him a well-known artist in Québec. Christian Bergeron is a member of the “l’ Institut des arts figuratifs du Québec”.
His works are sold from Halifax to Vancouver; projects are scheduled for European and American markets. His works can also be found among the following corporate collections: Gas Metropolitain, Pratt & Whitney, Donohue, La Laurentienne, Royal Trust, Manoir Richelieu, and Chateau Fort-Garry.
